About Me

Freya takes you on a deep journey to meet and work with yourself so that you can powerfully navigate your challenges and obstacles to reach your goals. She has worked with people and organisations in places of break down for over 20 years, moving them into a place of strength and transformation. She has an intuitive skill and ability to reconnect systems that are in disrepair. She deciphers the patterns and undercurrents within both people and organisations, finding pathways that enable resolution.

She has has worked for many years with children and teenagers in therapeutic, educational and mental health settings to help those who are struggling to find themselves, enabling them to work through their difficulties and move out of the cycles of violence whether internal or external. She has worked with people of all ages, backgrounds and issues as a therapist combining her ability as a seer, intuitively able to track, see and rework the stories, blocks and issues held, with her training in the following:

MA in Anthroplogy&Sociology, MA in Art Psychotherapy, Shamanic Practititioner, Doula (birth support) training, M.I.I.R in Reflexology, Life Alignment Practitioner.

Freya works with individuals, couples, families, groups, businesses, organisations, buildings and landspaces.

She is able to take you on a journey into yourself, into what is held in the body, mind and soul to understand why things are the way they are at a conscious level and with laser focused Energy Medicine to transform what is held. She helps you to understand the messages given.
